The Fimar 20LN spiral mixer is a professional machine designed for making soft doughs, such as those for bread, pizza and piadina.
Equipped with a tank with a capacity of 20 litres, it can make up to 16 kg of dough per cycle, making it ideal for tasks with hourly production up to 48 kg.
The single-phase motor with a power rating of 0.37 kW (0.5 HP) ensures a stable speed of 90 revolutions per minute (rpm), allowing smooth and constant kneading. This model is perfect for bakeries, pizzerias and artisan workshops.
The outer structure is coated with scratch-resistant paint, ensuring high impact resistance and long-lasting durability. The parts in contact with the dough, such as the tank and spiral, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, a hygienic and anti-corrosive material that guarantees maximum food safety.
The machine is equipped with a smoked polycarbonate protective cover that allows you to visually monitor the dough being processed. The cover is also equipped with a safety microswitch that stops operation if lifted, protecting the operator from possible hazards
