The new series of mixers, entirely manufactured in Italy, includes the 5000 H2O model, designed to process high-hydration dough.

Ideal for professional use in bakeries and pastry shops, this machine guarantees excellent dough quality.

Equipped with a tilting head and removable bowl, this mixer makes cleaning and maintenance much easier.

It is constructed using high quality materials, including stainless steel for the bowl, the spiral, the column and the protection grid.

This professional machine is equipped with four wheels with brakes that allow it to be moved easily, despite its significant weight.

The double speed of the mixer optimises the kneading process, the first, slower speed favours the incorporation of the flour and the formation of the gluten mesh, while the second speed speeds up the work by drying the dough.

Versatile Modes of Operation:

  • Manual: Direct operator control of mixer start and stop, with timer in ON position for flexible operation.
  • With electromechanical timer: Timed dough start-up, adjustable from 1 to 30 minutes, for a precise and automated working process.
