Power harrows are tractor-driven tools, very popular in agriculture for tilling of large areas, but also used in vineyards and orchards.
The power harrow is used for soil refinement before sowing or in orchards to keep weeds under control; please remember that this tool cannot replace the work of a hoe.
In fact, harrows have rotors where blade are mounted, which rotate vertically, unlike the milling cutter, which has a horizontal shaft where hoes are mounted, moving circularly forward.
