Carezza Fruit Hydropress

The Agrieuro Premium Line fruit hydropress features a membrane that swells with water and is perfect for grave, apple and fruit processing in order to obtain musts, juices, cider and much more in a fast and easy way.

Unlike pneumatic presses, hydropresses exploit the water pressure. The membrane that swells presses the shredded fruit against the sides of the cage, thus extracting the juices.

This machine allows to obtain a high juice output and decreases all the possible wastes.

It is entirely made of stainless steel and features painted aluminium base and lid which guarantee to the product excellent sturdiness. Body diameter of 34 cm

The pressure equipment is protected by a safety valve set to 4.0 bar (the incoming water pressure should not exceed 3 bars; in case of higher pressure use a reducer to regulate the water pressure).

It does not require any maintenance; after each use, wash thoroughly with water and store in a room not exposed to sunlight.

Main features

The fruit hydropress features an internal capacity of 40 L and has been designed to extract the fruit juice by employing only water pressure.

Equipped with a filtering bag, this hydropress allow for uniform liquid output without clogging the holes. Furthermore, the splashes produced while operating are contained thanks to the supplied bag.

Thanks to this processing method, the fruit's characteristic nutritional, physical and antioxidant properties remain unaltered in the extracted juice.

Unlike pneumatic presses, hydropresses can be slightly slower in processing, but they compensate with higher output. The uniform pressure provided by the water eliminates the need to repeat the extraction cycle more times, as can be necessary with an air compressed machine.
