The spiral mixer with raising head works with 2 combined rotations:
1. the bowl rotates on itself with regular motor;
2. the spiral hook rotates on its axis;
The special shape of the spiral and rotating plate enable to obtain a perfectly mixed dough.
The transmission and the chain with geared motor in oil bath require very low maintainance and ensure minimum noise.
This spiral kneader makes excellent dough for all kinds of products, such as bread, fresh hand-made pasta or fresh egg pasta, pizza, focaccia bread (flat bread), cookies, cakes (for example Christmas cake). Perfect for hard, soft and elastic dough, both sweet and savoury up to 65% hydration.
