Description

Stiga A 300 Robot Lawn Mower

The Stiga A 300 robotic lawn mower is an autonomous device designed for precise mowing of residential lawns up to 450 m².

It features advanced navigation through the RTK AGS system, allowing it to cover up to two distinct zones with extreme precision, ensuring consistent and uniform results. This Stiga A 300 robotic mower operates without the need for perimeter cables thanks to satellite guidance, offering maximum installation freedom and operational flexibility.

The compact design, in yellow-black livery, features a low structure and a robust body, suitable for narrow passages and uneven surfaces. The unit is equipped with rubber wheels with excellent grip and a central chassis made of weather-resistant plastic.

The control panel is minimal, as all functionalities can be managed via the STIGA.GO app, including scheduling, cutting heights, and aesthetic effects on the lawn.

The Stiga A 300 robotic mower is equipped with a 25.2V and 2Ah ePower battery, designed for long and durable sessions, ensuring continuous and effective cuts. Energy is managed intelligently to minimize charging cycles and maximize efficiency. Additionally, thanks to the integrated 4G connectivity, it is possible to constantly monitor the robot's status and modify scheduling remotely.

Italian construction and European cloud for the security of stored data make this autonomous Stiga A 300 robotic mower a highly reliable and high-performing product.

The STIGA A 300 robot is the ideal solution for those seeking an automated, precise, and reliable cutting system for daily garden management.

This robotic mower is covered by the STIGA warranty for 5 years, valid if the purchase is made by December 2025.

Active Guidance System (AGS)

This model is equipped with an innovative and patented system by Stiga, called the Active Guidance System (AGS). This system allows the robot to store important information such as satellite trajectories, signal strength, and points where the signal is disturbed, for every moment of the day. Consequently, the robot updates the map daily, avoiding areas with weak signals just when needed. This helps the robot work more efficiently and prevents potential blockages caused by signal loss.

It can autonomously manage cutting sessions and create a virtual map of the garden while working, knowing exactly where to start cutting.

It includes various direction change programs, eliminating the risk of over-cutting. They can be programmed to operate in multiple cutting areas, with the possibility of setting up to 2 different zones. Thanks to the STIGA.GO application, the user can choose from a wide range of pattern combinations, ensuring the well-being of the lawn and customizing the appearance of the grass. It can also be managed via Alexa.

There is no perimeter cable, so you can modify the virtual perimeter of your STIGA A 300 with a simple touch. You can also manage other robot functions, such as excluding specific areas from cutting cycles and setting times when the robot should not cut, even in certain zones only.

To use the GPS RTK technology, the robot needs a continuous connection with its reference station. This connection is guaranteed by 4G data traffic and constant communication between the robotic mower, STIGA Cloud, and the reference station. The reference station is included with the purchase of the robot.

STIGA-GO APP

An app usable on both Apple and Android, integrated with Amazon Alexa, for complete management of your robot!

The application allows you to easily schedule cutting sessions, switch to ECO mode, and manage cutting parameters.

With the app, you will always have a connection to a support point, for a quick response in case of need or malfunction.

- Easily downloadable application via the QR code on the robot.

Through the STIGA.GO application, it is possible to contact customer support.

Free Connectivity

The 4G data traffic ensures continuous and reliable communication between the robotic mower, the STIGA Cloud, and the reference base, overcoming physical obstacles like walls and vegetation. Thanks to this, the robot operates with maximum autonomy, taking care of the lawn with precision. A data package is required for the optimal functioning of the robot.

The connection of the robotic mower with the STIGA.GO app on the phone uses the device's mobile data, without affecting the data package necessary for the robot's operation.

The autonomous STIGA robotic mowers come with a free data package for the entire duration of the device, eliminating the need for additional expenses. Data consumption varies based on the size of the garden and the frequency of cutting sessions, with data traffic stopping when the robot returns to the charging base.

STIGA has chosen Vodafone as the data provider for extended coverage in Europe, ensuring security and privacy in communication between the robot and the network.

At least one provider is guaranteed to provide the necessary support for the autonomous robotic mower to operate efficiently. Depending on the country, there will be different operators to rely on.

Data security is a priority: the STIGA Cloud servers, located in Europe, adhere to strict data protection regulations. STIGA guarantees compatibility and effective operation of the robot in numerous European countries, although functionality may depend on various factors such as service provider, GPS and 4G coverage, and garden configuration. It is recommended to consult the retailer before installation.

ePower Batteries

The beating heart of the A 300 robot is the E-Power battery patented by Stiga.

This battery consists of high-quality lithium-ion cells, designed to increase reliability and longevity.

Tested in all types of conditions, the battery will still perform at its best even after 600 charges, equivalent to two charges per week, over six years.

The Qualities

  • High-performance blades: powerful and effective. Four central blades ensure fast and quality cutting.
  • Easy to use: Thanks to the simple control panel and the convenient STIGA.GO app, programming the robot will be simple and intuitive.
  • Eco-friendly and quiet: does not pollute thanks to the electric charging system and is extremely quiet, staying below 60 dB(A).
  • Helps nourish the soil: Chops the grass and lets the residues fall to the ground, adding extra nourishment to the lawn.
  • Safe: If lifted, the robot stops the blades, for always safe use.
  • Independent: works without your help and recharges itself. When the battery is about to run out, the Robot will return to its station for recharging completely autonomously.
  • Powerful: Can handle slopes up to 45% - 24°
  • Easily removable chassis, for better cleaning and maintenance.

The Intelligence of A 300 and the Control Panel

An intuitive control panel, allowing you to manually instruct the robot when you don't have your phone at hand. With the buttons on the panel, you can:

  • Turn A 300 on and off
  • Activate the Bluetooth functionality
  • Make it return to the charging base
  • Instruct it to cut according to the set program
  • Instruct it to start cutting immediately

Pressing the large red button labeled STOP will immediately stop the robot.

Installation

The product that will arrive at your home will be easy to start, and even the least experienced user can begin to use the A 300 robot, also following the included instruction manual.

The installation is completely virtual. The working perimeter can be set via the STIGA.GO app and is updatable at any time.

Once the charging base (equipped with a charger) is installed, the robot will be ready to go as it does not require a perimeter wire.

The charging base must be positioned in a location with a clear view of at least 120°. If the view is limited, the antenna can be extracted from the charging base and positioned at a height with a clear view of the sky.

The supplied cable is 5 meters long. However, STIGA provides a 15-meter cable for more complicated situations.

Extension cables can be used for various purposes:

  • Power the charging base
  • Power the satellite reference station installed separately from the charging base, directly from the latter.
  • Power the satellite reference station installed separately from the charging base, using an external power supply.

A maximum of two 5-meter cables or one 15-meter cable can be used.
