As the name suggests, one-row potato planters are machines that create only one furrow into the soil during seeding operations.

The holders on the small conveyor chain pick up the potatoes from the hopper and deposit them on the ground. This chain is driven by chain gears driven by the side wheels, so that the speed of the conveyor is directly proportional to the forward speed of the machine.
These machines are used to deliver fast and uniform seeding of potatoes above and below ground.
