Characterized by an excellent simplicity of operation, these kitchen tools are provided with standard stuffing funnels, in four different sizes, built in food-safe plastic material and useful for bagging various types of meat, such as salami or sausages.
The different models in the catalogue - all made in Italy - feature a stainless steel supporting structure and an AISI 304 stainless steel stuffing tube. In addition, these machines are equipped with a square steel rack for a greater gripping surface area.
The gear transmission for the reduction and multiplication of the piston speed facilitates the bagging operations and the extraction of the piston at the end of the work, considerably reducing workload for the operator.
Once having properly filled the removable and washable stainless steel tube, it’s possible to start the bagging operations, using one of the four filling funnels supplied on standard equipment and turning the pin with the crank for the slow forward motion of the rack to which the buffer is fixed.
