Aluminium vacuum machines stand among the majority of the machines on the market for their extreme robustness and excellent hygiene of this material, superior to standard PVC. In fact, for better cleaning of aluminium you can also use more powerful detergents than those suitable for plastic materials. These machines are also easy to store thanks to their compact design and mechanics, that reduce footprint without affecting power.
Our vacuum machines allow to use even larger bags, up to 55 cm.
These machines are equipped with a double vacuum mechanism, therefore featuring both automatic and manual cycle. This way you can adjust vacuum times, whether you prefer not to compress too much the food in the bag or you seek more substancial results.
Welding can be managed manually as well on both machines: you can set a higher temperature for thicker bags.
