This category includes the whole range of tilting head spiral mixers , from 5 to 42 KG of dough.
The motors are powered with single-phase 220 V or three-phase 400V electric power to meet every professional need. The machines in this category are all equipped with a timer, but can nonetheless be operated manually.
It is also possible to choose between single-speed or double-speed mixers. For double-speed mixer, the machine uses the first speed to better collect the flour in the bowl and form the gluten mesh. The second speed helps to dry the dough and speed up the work.

The bowl is made of food-grade stainless steel and mixes the dough in a rotating motion. It can hold up to 42 kg of dough and has a maximum capacity of 48 liters, depending on the model. In addition to that, a spiral hook rotates inside the bowl in order to stretch the dough.
This double rotation keeps the dough in continuous movement and stretching.
All removable bowl spiral mixers feature a breaker bar completely made of stainless steel, which facilitates the stretching of the dough.
The powder coating is food-safe and durable. Together with the steel bowl, it is suitable for professional and intense use. The single-phase or three-phase motors are suitable for domestic use as well as in professional activities, both for those who want to prepare home-made bread, desserts and any type of dough, and for those businesses that require an efficient and functional heavy-duty machine.
